Really good Stay by the Sea

immaculate grounds helpful staff multiple bars coral reefs

The premises were immaculate. The staff provided greetings and offered assistance when needed. There are multiple bars present with various beverage selections. I found several dining options with diverse food. The beach has coral reefs. The pools each have bar areas.

The drinks could improve with nicer glasses and better presentation, since all cocktails were served in plastic beakers.

Acceptable stay, but with noticeable issues

The beach was great. Snorkeling was enjoyable.

Our room had a constant disruptive noise. Hotel staff couldn't resolve it. They suggested an upgrade instead of offering a simple room change, I thought that was very disappointing.

i appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite upon arrival it showed great guest care chef amr stood out in the main restaurant his professionalism was genuinely excellent i'd definitely return because of him the special treatment during my honeymoon included proximity to the beach. snorkeling every day was possible coral reefs were right there.

i experienced slight inconvenience because cake could not be taken to the room for tea it was a minor issue but felt unwelcoming
